Celebrating Cinco de Mayo with Pintuck

Pintuck dress  (I am wearing an XS) | Ohbon necklace ℅ | Majorica spike earrings (obsessed!) | Spike bracelet (similar style here) | Accessory Concierge nail bracelet | RayBan sunglasses | Topshop heels | Cabeli clutch purchased in Sitges, Spain

Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone! I don't know about you, but I definitely plan to celebrate with Mexican food and margaritas! My favorite.

It has been such an unbelievably gorgeous week here - I wish the weather could stay like this year round. My office has moved temporarily to our patio (luckily the WiFi works out there). Between meetings, events, doctors appointments, preparing for a big collaborative photo shoot tomorrow, and still playing catch up from vacation (seriously, I know), there hasn't been a free minute. I keep reminding myself that busy is good, and I really can't complain because everything going on is so great. I shouldn't say that though right, I don't want to jinx it;) fingers crossed!

Remember how I was talking about day-to-day dresses? How great is this chambray tunic dress from Pintuck?! Pintuck recently launched their debut collection of tunics and this tunic dress inspired by the classic guayabera. Don't worry, I had to look up the exact meaning too. A guayabera is a lightweight Mexican, or Cuban shirt that has two breast pockets and two pockets over the hips! Pintuck has taken the guayabera and made it modern, chic, and ladylike. Check out their other pieces here, and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. What makes this brand even better is that it is designed and made right here in Houston (#shoplocal!) and you can personalize it with your own monogram.

Be sure to check out my Instagram for a chance to win your own monogrammed guayabera ($175 value). You better hurry, because the giveaway is only for Cinco de Mayo. I hope you have a great day, and get yourself a cinco de drinko!
