Happy Monday and happy first day of February!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We had absolutely gorgeous weather, which was the icing on the cake for my birthday. Although I miss seeing snow, I can't argue with 75 degrees in the middle of winter.
On Saturday we had dinner at my favorite Houston restaurant, Brenner's on the Bayou. I literally ask to go there for every holiday and special occasion. It has gorgeous grounds and the food is beyond delicious - the mac & cheese is to die for. After eating to our hearts delight, we met up with 20 of our friends for drinks. It really was a wonderful way to cap off birthday week.
During the winter months (and when I don't have a tan), I love pairing my dresses and skirts with opaque tights. Not only does it keep you warm on chillier days, but it adds sophistication to an outfit. I also never went to a job interview without wearing tights, since it's more professional. I love how these tights, from L'eggs, winterized this RVN dress which I got earlier this month on major sale! I was able to find it online, and it's available in all sizes and is $100 off the original price.
