We're already halfway through the week, and Fourth of July is creeping up on us (how is it already next week?!). I had some travel plans unexpectedly shift earlier this week, so I've had some extra time here in Houston to catch up on my to-do list and get some work done. First things first, the blog!
I've recently felt a little uninspired in the content I've been sharing with you. Yes, clothes are great and I love fashion, but I definitely want to showcase other things I care about. I'm making it a priority - starting now - to share different content with you. For instance, I've been cooking a lot more, and on Instagram, I've had several people ask me to share the recipes I am making. I also have been adding some new pieces to our home, and want to share our updated decor with you. Lastly, I realize that I've never shared a Houston guide with you...anything from what to do when family/friends come visit, to my favorite restaurants, or where I go for hair/nails/etc. I feel like I answer a ton of these questions when I respond to emails or DM's, but how nice would it be if they were all in one place?! Everyone has also asked for more book reviews and travel guides/reviews - those two are always my most popular and highest trafficked posts.
The list could go on, and I look forward to being a more well-rounded resource for you. Yes, the focus will still primarily be fashion, but with a curated lifestyle twist. If there's any content you'd love to see on Ashley Nicole Style, please let me know!
