The Best OTN Boots Under $40!

Sweater (under $40; wearing size S) | Jeans | Boots (comes in 3 colors; also available here) | Purse | Hat | Earrings | Cuff | Sunglasses

Did you tune into The Bachelor finale last night? I've had a love hate relationship with the show since it started, but I always wind up watching it. I don't know what it is about it that lures me to my tv every Monday, but I just can't seem to peel myself away from it. Maybe it's the crazy story lines, or the fact that it's so totally scripted, but I cannot stop laughing for the two (or three) hours that I watch it. Not to mention I'm totally blown away by the drama, or lack there of this season....until last night! I won't spoil it for you, or bore you with the details if you don't watch it, but one thing's for sure, I am glad to be rid of this season's bachelor, Arie. So boring!

In other news, I was back home in Wisconsin last week visiting my family and I had the best time. We're strewn across the country and don't get to see one another as often as we'd like, so it is nice when we can all get together and have some quality time. I seriously can never get enough. I am so envious of those families that live only miles (or a few hours drive) away from one another! If only...

We shot these before I left to go home, and I think the Houston skyline is the perfect backdrop for this city chic look. I love this pom pom sweater, and am a huge fan of the mustard color. Bonus - it's now on sale for under $40! I know the pom poms may be a bit much for some, but I think they're a cute addition to an otherwise boring staple. I mean, sweaters aren't always the cutest, am I right?!?!

I've also searched high and low all season for the perfect OTN boots that don't fall down, and I have finally found them. This pair is perfect because it has the tie in the back, so you can easily make them looser or tighter depending on your calf size, or what you're wearing. They also come in four other colors and are only $38. With spring just around the corner, I would snag these up in every color as they're the perfect transitional piece.
