Friday's Thrifty Finds - Volume 3: Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Top Five Edition

Alright, alright, alright! Who is ready for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

I took a quick break from taking photos (selfie tips please!!) to grab dinner with my second cousin. We went to this new hotspot called Riel, and although I don't pride myself as a foodie, it was interesting and tasty, but nothing to write home about. When a menu has like ten choices on it, I'm a little turned off. I mean, I don't need a novel like The Cheesecake Factory, but don't try to be pretentious. Plus, I left leave hungry! I guess that's what you get for ordering watermelon salad and cauliflower tempura (?) ha. So, as I munch away on snap peas, I'm wrapping up this post.

As I've said before, the Anniversary Sale opened early for cardholders, but opens to the public at 2am CST. If you are up reading this post when it goes live, you are a true shopaholic. #shopaholicsanonymous. Unfortunately a lot of goodies, like a fabulous Burberry cape I bought, sold out super fast during the "pre-sale", and most likely won't be re-stocked. That being said, a lot of the most popular items ARE restocked,and are ready for you to welcome them into your home. Did I mention 99% of my favorite things are under $100?! Everything I am linking below is still available in all sizes. But act fast, and add all your must-have items to your wish list now! Then, when the sale goes LIVE, move them to your shopping bag, and checkout!

Here are my five must have items from the sale are:

1) These AG jeans. You will thank me later. They are so flattering and hug you (+ suck you in) in all the right places. They run TTS.

2) This leather jacket. It is SO gorgeous, and the detailing is perfect. The look and feel will only have people thinking you paid a million bucks.

3) This dress. Seriously so flattering, and you'll be rocking all year long. Runs a bit tight, so size up!

4) These boots. If you buy one thing from the sale, make this it! Trust me, they're worth the splurge and last forever - I got mine from the sale a few years ago and they've withstood the stand of time!
5) Last but not least, my go to beauty necessity - the Clarisonic Mia. It will seriously transform your skin and you will be wondering why you waited so long (at least I did)!
