Hello cooler temperatures! I am so thrilled to finally start enjoying some fall like weather. Although I haven't liked the rain we've been getting (we definitely needed it though), I'm loving the 70 degree, breezy weather it brought with it.
I've been talking a lot about transitional pieces, and today I'm sharing my favorite piece with you - sweater dresses. Not only do I love them because I adore dresses more then anything, but because they are the perfect mix of polished and refined, with a little bit of wintery sex appeal.
Case in point, the detail on this lace up sweater dress definitely takes it up a notch, and adds that oomph I'm talking about! This dress would be great for brunch with the girl's, a morning coffee meeting, or a fun date night. Pair it with black opague tights for chillier weather.
The animal print clutch (which doubles as a crossbody) and booties give this monochromatic dress some added edge. To top it all off, I added this unique cuff, designed by CRASH Jewelry. This cuff was repurposed and made out of late model BMW 7 Series, and the single strip of stainless steel that runs across the middle, is from a Mercedes-Benz G550. How's that for cool?!
