Happy Tuesday and hello November!

As I always say, I have no idea where the time goes. But instead of resisting the start of a new month, I've gladly welcomed November because my favorite drink is back at Starbucks (yes, I am really THAT excited). With the holiday month(s) upon us, comes my favorite holiday guilty pleasure, eggnog!!!

When Adam and I were running errands on Sunday, I demanded we go to Starbucks just so I could see if my long lost friend was back on the menu. Low and behold it was! So when I screamed my order at the barista, it wasn't shocking I had to repeat my order....four times. How hard is it to make a grande non-fat, no water, eggnog chai tea latte. Now say that five times fast! I swear they acted like I had made up this concoction in my head.

When I was in college at the University of Colorado, my local Starbucks had come up with this drink, and low and behold, this eggnog addict became addicted. Last year, I heard rumors that Houston (and all Starbucks) were no longer going to offer eggnog - thank goodness they decided against that. Definitely add it to your must-try list this holiday season, because it won't last long.

Nothing goes better with the holidays and the cooler temperatures than sweaters. I love sweater weather, and finally we are cooling down a bit in Texas, and it is actually starting to feel like Fall. I first wore this outfit when I was traveling in Paris last March. I love how the distressed jeans have just the right amount of rips/tears without looking too grungy - as I'm sure you can tell, I'm not one who really likes an 'un-put together look.' These leopard and tiger metallic sneakers were one of my favorite purchases from the trip. They're from a Italian brand called, Tosca Blu, and the inside of the tennis shoe is so soft, and the shoes are incredibly comfortable, that they didn't need any breaking in. Throw on your favorite winter fedora, sunglasses and cross-body bag, and you're bound to look très chic.
