How do I even begin to describe the wonderful, amazing, and delicious meal my girlfriend's and I enjoyed at Del Frisco's Grille this week. To say that we were spoiled is an understatement. When Del Frisco's approached me about trying their newly unveiled lunch/dinner menu items, I said, sign me up! I've loved Del Frisco's Grille ever since I moved to Houston. Del Frisco's is actually where Adam introduced me to Houston and everyone he knew in a "Welcome Ashley to Houston," dinner. Since then, I have dined at the restaurant several times, and never have been disappointed.

Last night they pulled out all the big guns...hey, this is Texas! I have never seen so much food in my life. Since it was all ladies, don't for a second be fooled that we let anything go to waste. We came with eight hungry bellies.

The dinner began with the most delicious cocktails to whet our pallet. The VIP, Pomegranate Margarita, and Red Sangria were among our favorites. After we sipped and savored, we were greeted with a plethora of appetizers. The Lollipop Chicken Wings were my favorite of the bunch, but we also noshed on BBQ  Pork Street Tacos, Meatball Flatbread, and Roasted Artichokes, all of which were delicious.

For our main course(s), we dined on six different entrees with their must-have truffled mac & cheese and shaved brussels as additional sides. I was in seventh heaven. The 12oz Filet was to-die-for, as always. I also loved the Meatloaf and Prime Beef Stroganoff

For dessert, the ladies could not get enough of the Butterscotch Pudding Jar. It was absolutely delicious, and let me tell you, me grandmother makes some of the best butterscotch pudding around - I was really impressed. The butterscotch was thick and creamy, and we all fought over who got it! The Coconut Cream Pie, Nutella Bread Pudding, Warm Chocolate Cake and Lemon Doberge Cake did not fall far behind. Truth be told, I had the lemon cake for breakfast yesterday! haha.

All of what we sipped and savored on, you can see in the photos below. Make sure you scroll to the bottom not only to see my lovely, amazing girlfriends, but for a chance to enter to win a $50 gift card for you and your best friend.

BBQ Pork Asian Street Tacos; Lollipop Chicken Wings (my favorite!!); Spicy Pork Meatball Flatbread

Lollipop Chicken Wings; BBQ Pork Asian Street Tacos | Kale & Brussels Sprouts Salad | Fire Roasted Artichoke | Spicy Pork Meatball Flatbread

Chef Jeffrey (aka Chefrey) who brought every dish to us and told us all about it. He's holding the "Daily Dish," which was Chicken Pot Pie

12oz Filet with Loaded Potato cakes (delicious!)

Bay of Fundy Salmon with Brussels Sprout Quinoa Salad; Seared Asian Tuna Salad (a big hit at the table); the always delcious and crowd pleasing Grille Prime Cheeseburger and Parmesan Fries. We were also brought out a homemade Veggie Burger that was to-die-for. It was made with all fresh vegetables and served with sweet potato fries.

Butterscotch Pudding Jar (we were served three, and finished every last one of them); Coconut Cream Pie (a house favorite); Nutella Bread Pudding

A great, big thank you to Del Frisco's Grille for hosting us and giving us the royal treatment. The service and food was beyond compare and we can't wait for next time.
