Old Navy dress {sold out, new version for Fall here and here} | My Other Bag handbag ℅ | Converse sneakers | Forever 21 earrings and necklace {similar style} | David Yurman bracelets
Hello, September! Fall fashion is now upon us, but I'm still not ready to put all my Summer brights away just yet.
I wore this blue and white striped dress from Old Navy this past weekend when Adam and I went on a fun date night to the movies. We went to see the new Mission Impossible at the Alamo Drafthouse. This concept theater is about 30 minutes outside of Houston, and you are able to order food and cocktails from the convenience of your seat - they bring everything to you while you sit back, relax and enjoy the show. It can't get much better than that! And let me tell you, the food is delicious. They have everything from wraps, to pizza, as well as chips and salsa and of course, bottomless popcorn. Definitely worth checking out, plus they're all over the U.S. so be sure to see if there's one near you.
When going to the movies I always bring an oversized tote with me that fits all my essentials and of course a sweater (why is it always so cold?!). This bag, from My Other Bag, has become a fast favorite ever since I got it. It is perfect for any fashion junkie and a great parody on the designer bags we love to covet. Plus they're eco-consciou, made in Los Angeles (love anything made in the U.S.A), and machine washable, making them perfect for travel as well. Speaking of, Labor Day is just around the corner, so I hope you have some fun plans. We are heading to Mexico for a long weekend, which is just what the doctor ordered since we'll be tackling our big move in three weeks. I cannot wait to have the sand on my feet and a margarita in my hand!
See you on Friday.
